ทุกคูปองและบริการ ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดได้ และไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงรายการสินค้าได้
การซื้อคูปองผ่าน Mordee.co ไม่สามารถใช้ร่วมกับรายการโปรโมชั่นส่งเสริมการขายอื่นๆ ของคลินิกได้
โปรดแสดงคูปองที่ได้รับจากทางอีเมลให้กับพนักงานก่อนเข้าใช้บริการ
แนะนำให้จองคิวล่วงหน้าเพื่อความสะดวกในการเข้าใช้บริการ สามารถดูรายละเอียดการติดต่อเพื่อทำการจองนัดหมายได้ที่ “อีเมลยืนยันการจอง”
หากมีการชำระเงินมัดจำบางส่วนเมื่อซื้อคูปอง ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เหลือสามารถจ่ายที่คลินิกโดยตรงได้
หากซื้อคูปองเกินระยะเวลา 7 วัน จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ และหากใช้เครดิตเงินคืนในการซื้อคูปอง จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกได้ในทุกกรณี
การยกเลิกคูปอง จะได้รับค่าบริการที่ชำระเข้ามาในรูปแบบของ "เครดิตเงินคืน" ที่สามารถนำมาใช้ซื้อคูปองอื่นๆ ใน Mordee.co เท่านั้น
หากไม่มั่นใจว่าจะสามารถเข้ารับบริการได้ภายใน 60 วัน หรือไม่มั่นใจว่าการเข้ารับบริการนั้นๆ จะติดเงื่อนไขอย่างอื่นหรือไม่ ขอแนะนำให้ซื้อ "ประกันมัดจำ" เพื่อยกเลิกคูปองและรับเงินสดคืน
