I had 2 white fillings and descaling and polish. So impressed from the time I walked in until I walked out. Very professional staff, hygienic and gentle. About the third of the cost in Australia and quicker. Yes they don't muck around but they staff were friendly and efficient. They even checked my blood pressure and temperature before both visits. I was extremely impressed with the descaling and polish. Way better than the ones I have had in the past in Australia. Before having any more work done here in Australia, I will definitely re check their pricing because with the money I pay in Australia I can have my teeth done at Sea Smile which includes a holiday.

I would be very cautious about this clinic. After filling out forms online and inside the dental office for the questions that I intentionally left blank (more on this later), I went to the dentist chair for the oral exam. After rinsing out my mouth, the ???dentist??? looked at the two molars (none of the other 30) that had composite fillings in that had accidentally popped out. During the brief 2 minute examination she decided that the fillings could not be replaced due to the size of them and sent me in for two x-rays. After she looked at the x-rays she decided that a tooth was cracked and that I needed deep cleaning. Two points of interest here: 1.If a tooth was cracked, I should be in severe pain, NO. 2. If a filling fell out, can it not be replaced? HMMM? After speaking with a "dental procedure guy", he explained that I needed two crowns and a deep cleaning. Maybe even two root canals after the real dental surgeon looks at my chart. I will leave my experience up to your conclusions) A $100 price for fillings and cleaning or perhaps a cost of over $1,000 (US Dollars) for crowns and root canals. Now, getting back to the questionnaire. On it, they wanted to know my arrival and return time. Since crown and root canal procedures take several trips to the dentist would it not make sense for them to know how many days I have left in Patong? Finally, as soon as I made my payment that same visit, I requested my x-rays to be e-mailed to me A week has passed and still no x-rays. I walked in after a week, sat down with the dental coordinator and she showed me the x-rays. I visually and verbally confirmed my e-mail address to her. She allowed me to photograph them and said that it takes a couple of days for "the system" to e-mail them (What!!?? Really??!!). In this day and age of technology. I don't get it.

My husband and I been clients of this clinics for three years already. They did a perfect job to renovate my husband's smile. For that amount of work we would have spent more than AUD 30,000 here in Melbourne, whilst there it costed us a little bit more than AUD 7,000. All works been done two years ago and my husband had no issues since. Every time we travel, we do a short stop over to visit clinic for regular checks. We've always been warmly welcomed there and their service is incredible. I also have a filling that is almost 10 years old, they ways monitore it and keep all records in my file. Just for comparison, a dentist that I visited in Melbourne did not even notice that filling and when I asked him how it looks, his first advise was to redo it as it's already too old. Sea Smile is definitely worth a visit! 😁

Because of the many negative reviews, I hardly went here. But when I drove past it looked nice and professional and I made an appointment. I have a temporary bridge on my front teeth that unfortunately broke off during my trip. When I arrived here I was immediately kindly helped. Had to fill in data, my health was checked by the doctor and it was my turn. Everything looked very neat and beautiful and the dentist himself was very friendly. He immediately saw what was going on and what he could do about it, and had reattached my tooth. I had no idea what this would cost, but when I heard the amount (16 euros) I was happy about this. Unfortunately, it was only short-lived that the tooth remained, the next morning he was in bed next to me .. Because I had booked the plane that afternoon to continue traveling, I quickly went back and asked if they could solve this. They found it very annoying and immediately made time for me, within 5 minutes I was back in the chair. This time he had put a little more time into it and used other sticky things. I didn't have to pay anything for this. Everything is fine again and can smile again, glad I went to this dentist!
