The helped Sarita and I understand the specifics of our body’s workings and helped provide a customised solution. They worked improving our understanding that it is not just the volume of food intake and amount of exercise we do but also “what “ we eat that matters. We have moved to New Zealand and so cannot work with this team anymore on our health. But we would have absolutely loved to carry on as they are truly life changing…

I have been coming to Body Conscious Bangkok at Y Wellness on soi 16 for quite a while and I’ve never been more impressed with a clinic/bio-hacking place in my life. It’s in the same tower as Column Hotel and adjacent to the Y Spa above Foodland. The spa is a separate place from Body Conscious but together the two places cover almost all the bases for self care, wellness and bio-hacking. Originally I became a client of Body Conscious when the owner, Joy, who is a lovely person, booked Alex from Breathing Cold Bali to come and do a weekend workshop using the Wim Hoff method of breath work and ice bath immersion. It was an amazing, life changing experience and quite an awesome deal. Since then (January 2020) i’ve been a regular client at Body Conscious. Joy’s staff there is simply the best. They’re super friendly, articulate, caring and just nice people. I’ve worked primarily her physiotherapists, Mhom and Nong, who really are amazing at what they do. I’ve had several Body stretching sessions with them both and it’s about 100% better than a typical Thai massage, in that you won’t get hurt and you’ll feel very relaxed. The entire time you are being stretched out, you can relax and know for certain that they know the human body and how to stretch you out without hurting you. That kind of peace of mind and service you won’t find at a massage place for 200 baht an hour. They are the real deal and my favorite physiotherapists. I’ve also had ultrasound treatment on my foot. I had plantar fasciitis for nearly a year and nothing seemed to be working. I went to Bumrungrad hospital 3x and first they injected my heel with a corticosteroid and then subsequently gave me an oral anti-inflammatory. Long story, but 20,000 baht later my foot still hurt and there was no end in sight. Mhom suggested I try ultrasound to break up scar tissue and after consulting with their resident Physician, she concurred. Short story, two sessions (1500 baht each) and I’m fixed. I can go back to living a normal life with normal feet that don’t have non stop pain. I’ve also had the privilege to get several abdominal/stomach area massages which last about 30 minutes each and are amazingly relaxing and have some great benefits for digestion and eliminating toxins. For as long as I’m in Thailand and alive, i’ll be a client of Body Conscious. It’s a place where they genuinely care and have such positive energy that I feel more like a friend or family member than a client. 10/10

Went to bodyconcious on 7th floor at Column Hotel for sound healing session with Master Guy. The singing bowls session is quite relaxation. Help you to rebalance and destress. You will feel totally relax and release after the session. I would recommend you to come to experience this sensation to tune yourself.

Thanks for introducing me to IV treatments! After my immune system has been a little down these days, I went to get an IV drip full of nutrients, which made me feel immediately refreshed and energetic again! My new secret weapon!
