Kamol hospital hired lots of students as receptionists. Not only they do not speak English, but even if they do and you ask them to call you back regarding your problem, they would never call you back. Noone answers the phone in the hospital or put you through from number to number in order to try to find smn who speaks English. Those who do speak English do not have any information regarding anything. They promise to find it out and call you back but noone ever calls you back. This creates the atmosphere of mess and unprofessionalism. If the hospital charges big fees, the service has to be adequate as well. They would give you a price and after having started the treatment, you find out the price is totally different. Noone would reply your email or reply after you gave up and found another hospital. If you turned up for an appointment, the doc will be late. The students-receptionists would tell you to wait as the doc would turn up after 1h. Than you see your doctor passing by to find out they lied and the doc was there but noone told him you were waiting! So absolute and total organizational mess in this hospital nowadays.
