บริษัท โรงพยาบาลศรีราชานคร จำกัด (มหาชน) เป็นผู้ดำเนินกิจการ “โรงพยาบาลพญาไทศรีราชา” ซึ่งเป็นโรงพยาบาลเอกชน รักษาพยาบาลโรคทั่วไปขนาด 341 เตียง ตั้งอยู่ในโครงการศรีราชานคร ซึ่งเป็นโครงการพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์ที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในภาคตะวันออกในปัจจุบัน และอยู่ในใจกลางอำเภอศรีราชา จ.ชลบุรี โรงพยาบาลตั้งอยู่บนเนื้อที่ 5 ไร่เศษ และให้บริการรักษาพยาบาลสำหรับผู้ป่วยนอก และผู้ป่วยในตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง โดยมีคณะแพทย์ทั้งที่เป็นแพทย์ประจำและแพทย์ที่ปรึกษา ตลอดจนอุปกรณ์การรักษาพยาบาลและวินิจฉัยโรค ที่สะอาดและทันสมัย โรงพยาบาลได้เริ่มเปิดดำเนินการในวันที่ 5 กันยายน 2538 โดยเริ่มให้บริการแก่ผู้ป่วยประมาณ 341 เตียง ผู้ป่วยนอก 111 ห้อง และสามารถให้บริการรักษาผู้ป่วยนอกได้ถึง 2,000 คนต่อวัน ศูนย์รักษาผู้มีบุตรยากศัลยกรรมตกแต่งสูตินารี
