I used this clinic a number of times, but after making a complaint regards a treatment I was told I was a ‘difficult customer’ and no longer allowed to make new appointments. It seems this clinic is fine until you have a problem; then you’re told there’s no manager available or they don’t answer the phone if they see your number calling. Very immature attitude from the staff and management. I now use Bangkok Hospital Dental centre which is within Phuket’s large International Hospital, it’s more professional, surprisingly slightly cheaper and more competent staff.

First 2-3 times everything went fine, staff was polite, cleaning was well done. Last time, I booked for 2 people to have cleanings at the same time. We arrived and were told that one dentist wasn't in and that one of us could rebook. We asked why they didn't bother to call us in the morning to let us know as we had booked off work for this appointment. They then offered to fit us both in, one after another. Not ideal but we accepted given the circumstances. They did two cleanings in the span of one appointment. It was rushed and not done properly, we both left feeling unclean and unhappy. Not great service for a regular customer who brought them more business. Sad as all my experiences before were great. Too many other options on the island to bother with second chances :(

I usually hate going to the dentist... but needed major dental work done including sinus lift, bone graft, implants and 10 crowns. I have just returned from my 3rd visit to sea smile, Patong where Dr Dong Paruhat and his team did an excellent job from 3x 2 week visits over the last 12 months, plus i have fallen in love with Thailand and her people... very hard working, caring... great food and cheap, plenty of hotels of all budgets.

Great experience. Being able to attend appointments at weekends was a big win for me. Also, I'm a nervous and anxious patient - I really appreciate the kindness shown during my visits! I'm delighted to have discovered this dentist.
