Do not do the Zoom tooth whitening.Did not work at all.Even showed them before and after shot and the insisted on the fact that they do not guarantee it to work. In other words it does not work and they know it. I was happy to pay for the time and the clean but would have expected not to have paid full price.I expressed how dissapointing I was but all the "manager" kept saying was "you have to pay full price". Very disappointing, biggest waste of money. I would have been happy if it even lifted one shade.Please do not waste your money here. Very unprofessional.

I have always been lucky to have good teeth however due to consumption of Tea / Coffee found it hard to keep the white smile I wanted so opted to have teeth whitening in Phuket. The discomfort due to sensitivity post treatment was a little more painful than I expected however it was all over in 24 hours a I have been left with a beaming white smile I longed for. Thank you Sea Smiles Dentistry your staff were very caring and professional and I am ecstatic with the results....

First i am terrified of dentists.I have now been to sea smile several times,i am always on 'edge' & once in the chairi am totally tensed up.The dentist lady is excellant as always & after a few shots into gum there is very little pain.She gets on with the job & i relax slightly :)Cannot fault sea smile at all & surgery is always packed with aussies like me.Staff are lovely & these days they take your b.p. before they do any work-mine was very high so doc from hospital was called & she came out gave me a pill& checked b.p. again & o.k. to start.She actually did 3 'fillings'-nothing like what ozzie dentists give you-sea smile actually make a full tooth from a little bit of broken tooth.I was astounded when she had finished.About 4 weeks ago I lost a huge filling from a back tooth & its very painfull,so i am having to go to oz dentist maybe tomorrow to get it fixed at an exhorbitant cost-they said anything from $400-$500!!

Expect to pay more than your initially quoted and steer clear of anything that requires you to see the surgeon. Also, do not expect any accountability if something goes wrong after you return home.I had to see the surgeon THREE times for the unpleasant and painful experience because the implants weren't placed properly the first time. The surgeon has no regard for your wellbeing. I got hit in the nose, my lips were painfully pressed down on unnecessarily and there were even things dropped on my face more than once.Less than 6 months after it was fitted, one of the crowns came off. A lot of my emails weren't replied to or they'd not answer specific questions. I was basically told that it must be my fault and there would be no compensation or nothing they would do to help unless I flew back to Thailand which was unrealistic. After spending about AU $10 000 more than was initially expected, I then had to spend further money on a trip to an Australian dentist who indicated that the crown had likely come off because of where the inplant was placed by the surgeon. The placement meant the crown couldn't be centred on it and as such, wasnt as sturdy as it should be.The dentist, Dr Udsana, was quite good and pleasant to deal with but the ordeals with the surgeon and how poorly you're treated if an issue does arise has left me with some pretty bitter feelings about the entire experience.
