I have been going to Thantakit for the past several months and have greatly enjoyed my experience. I had to get some pretty extensive work done, and it was both very high quality and quite affordable. My dentist there, Ms. Patchanan, does excellent work. Very highly recommended!

Great experience overall! They responded within a day to my request, gave me a time that worked for me, and arranged pick-up from my Hostel(not necessary but still nice). Got 5 fillings, 4 one surface fillings and one two surface fillings. This was a procedure that I was charged 1050 USD in California, the whole thing was only 5400Baht! A great deal. The service was professional, everyone spoke English and the facilities were clean and well equipped. The dentist really new what she was talking about, and did a really good job. I'll post a check in review in 6 months and see if it holds up, but very impressed so far! Highly recommend

Went here today because of a minor gum infection. Reason unknow, but had some serious pain when eating. Got help immediately without pre-booking an appointment. The staff and the doctor talked very good English and was very friendly. Location looked clean and tidy.I got an anti-biotica, metronidazole. I called my Norwegian doctor. He said I should not take this because it was very strong. He said only use it if you have a very serious infection. I have no fever, puss or anything. Just pain when I eat. I will just wait it out some days and see if nature can fix itself, witch it can in most cases. :) However, this is pretty normal in Thailand. Doctors prescibe alot of pills to tourists because we have insurance. Be sceptical about all drugs you get here. But, I got what I wanted to know. The infection is not near the tooth nerve, so everything should be fine. :)

Punctuality is not held that importantly, perhaps it's their cultural thing or their management attitude and If you express of your dissatisfaction, then the receptionist will tell rest of the receptionists in Thai to intimidate you by gagging-up against you. There's no customer service acknowledging customer loyalty even if you've been going Thantakit for many years, but you are just the number.I definitely do not recommend Thantakit for foreigners.
