After spending decades doing only temporary and inadequate treatment of my tetracycline stained teeth I decided to go all crowns. In the US, this would be a huge cost, unmet by insurance, upwards of $28000 USD. I researched for a year the many dental providers in Bangkok and after a year of planning and a dozen email- each answered within 24h- I booked into Thantakit this month.I was picked up at my hotel, at exactly the appointed time, had xrays and met the dentist within 30 minutes of arrival. I knew what I wanted, and I was prepared to meet the cost based on the information on their website. Dr Chinvetkitvanich agreed with the plan, presented the inclusive price, which was exactly as forecast, and proceeded to work. I got 16 crowns for about 18% of what it would have cost me in the US. The first appointment was more than 4h long. The temporary crowns were decent and durable, and I felt no pain during or after- none. The second visit, 9 days later, to fit the permanent crowns was equally satisfactory and painless. A final appointment to make sure all aspects of the "bite" were satisfactory was conducted without incident. Again, all pick ups and returns provided between the center and my hotel.I could not recommend them and Dr C more highly. Value means nothing without quality, and I am pleased to say they are extremely professional, direct, and while it is early days, I believe the work to be of excellent quality.
